Thank you for joining us at the 2022 LGS Family & Professional Conference

"The Family and Professional Conference was an experience of a lifetime! Thank you LGS Foundation!" - LGS Caregiver

And that's a wrap! The LGS Family & Professional Conference was a huge hit! This 3-day event brought together more than 380 individuals with LGS, family members, caregivers, healthcare professionals, researchers, a wide array of exhibitors, and others from across the globe to learn from each other and to find ways to improve the lives of those impacted by LGS.

More than 40 speakers gave cutting-edge presentations on LGS 101, the latest advances in research, finding the best possible care, and navigating the LGS maze across the lifespan.

While the adults were learning about LGS, the siblings were off at Sib Camp painting, navigating escape rooms, discussing LGS sibling issues, and making lifelong friends.

The overwhelming highlight of the event was definitely the LGS Dinner & Dance Party, where LGS families took family portraits and then boogied down with the doctors and speakers!

This amazing conference is the highlight of all we do at the LGS Foundation and creates the opportunity for families and professionals to learn from one another and foster lifelong friendships and collaborations.

Thank you to each of you who made this event "the greatest conference ever!" Truly, we could not have done this without you!

With gratitude,

The LGS Foundation Team

Clinical Trial Opportunity for LGS Families

Does your loved one with LGS experience prolonged epileptic seizures (i.e. lasting more than 3 minutes)? If so, you may be eligible for a new clinical research study.

The STARS Study is testing an inhaler containing an investigational drug that has been designed to potentially stop a prolonged seizure once it has begun.
